Jewels is a 12-year-old sixth-grader at Sacred Heart. Her sister and brother have wonderful Bigs. Jewels is a creative, outgoing, and adventurous young girl with many interests. Her new Big Sister Amanda is just the person to help Jewels explore those as she is self-motivated to pursue new hobbies and opportunities. Amanda has a very successful massage business after being a hard-working RN. Amanda is patient, caring and a calm listener who will enjoy hearing all of Jewels’ fun stories and ideas. They went out yesterday after the match meeting, with Amanda showing Jewels her business, after which they walked around the Courthouse Square and began to get to know each other. Her mother reports Jewels was just beside herself when she got home – beaming from ear to ear. Congratulations to Jewels and Amanda.
