Prescott Valley Child of the Week: Levi

Levi-S-webThe path of life has stairs, and some children can’t reach the top without positive guidance. Every minute spent with a child in need is a step in the right direction.

Meet Levi, a cheery 7 year old math whiz who wants to become an artist and fly bi-planes when he grows up. Levi has gone through a number of major transitions in his life, but despite all of his experiences he continues to make others smile. He is a very kind and sensitive child who simply needs a consistent male role model in his life to have fun with and let him know he is important.

A child of high energy and hope, Levi says that baseball is one of his best sports. An athletic Little Leaguer who excels at 1st and 2nd base, he also loves bowling, arts and crafts, and building with Legos. Levi is a responsible child who keeps up on his chores and would like an active and compassionate Big Brother to explore new opportunities with.

The simplest of deeds can serve the biggest needs. Big Brothers are needed to mentor at-risk boys in the Prescott Valley area. To see how 8 hours a month and an extra seatbelt in your car can change a child’s life, call 778.5135, visit our website at azbigs.org, or ‘Like’ us on Facebook.
